Perimenopause & Menopause Consultations
Nurse Practitioner–Led Care
A personalised consultation designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause with a holistic, evidence-based approach.
Your appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and overall health. We explore common concerns such as hormonal changes, mood, sleep, energy, skin changes, and weight fluctuations.
Where clinically appropriate, your Nurse Practitioner may request and interpret pathology, provide tailored advice, and develop an individualised management plan.
Referrals to allied health or medical specialists (such as physiotherapists, nutritionists, or gynaecology services) may be arranged if indicated. Ongoing support and follow-up are available to guide you through each stage of this transition.
Please note: Any prescription of medications or hormone therapies is not guaranteed and will only be considered where appropriate, at the discretion of the treating practitioner.
